My Favorite Things
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens Brown paper packages tied up with strings These are a few of my favorite things
Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings These are a few of my favorite things
Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes Silver white winters that melt into springs These are a few of my favorite things
When the dog bites When the bee stings When I'm feeling sad I simply remember my favorite things And then I don't feel so bad
^ I also like that song.

i LOVE the song that Aria posted. I also like ^ that song, Patwak. I don't know what I'll post... I am trying to think of a song I like that I haven't posted...
OMG, I can't beleive I haven't posted my most favoritest Green Day song ever!!!!!!!!!
Holiday by Green Day
Say, Hey!
Hear the sound of the falling rain Coming down like an Armageddon flame (Hey!) The shame The ones who died without a name
Hear the dogs howling out of key To a hymn called "Faith and Misery" (Hey!) And bleed, the company lost the war today
I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies This is the dawning of the rest of our lives On holiday
Hear the drum pounding out of time Another protestor has crossed the line (Hey!) To find, the money's on the other side
Can I get another Amen? (Amen!) There's a flag wrapped around a score of men (Hey!) A gag, a plastic bag on a monument
I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies This is the dawning of the rest of our lives On holiday
(Hey!) (Say, Hey!)
"The representative from California has the floor"
Zieg Heil to the president gasman Bombs away is your punishment Pulverize the Eiffel towers Who criticize your government Bang bang goes the broken glass and Kill all the *bad word* that don't agree Trials by fire, setting fire Is not a way that's meant for me Just cause, just cause, because we're outlaws yeah!
I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies This is the dawning of the rest of our lives I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies This is the dawning of the rest of our lives
This is our lives on holiday

This is another of my favorites. Even though it can be quite tedious after a while.
Let's start at the very beginning A very good place to start When you read you begin with A-B-C When you sing you begin with do-re-mi
Do-re-mi, do-re-mi The first three notes just happen to be Do-re-mi, do-re-mi
[Maria:] Do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti [spoken] Let's see if I can make it easy
Doe, a deer, a female deer Ray, a drop of golden sun Me, a name I call myself Far, a long, long way to run Sew, a needle pulling thread La, a note to follow Sew Tea, a drink with jam and bread That will bring us back to Do (oh-oh-oh)
[Maria and Children:] [Repeat above verse twice]
[Maria:] Do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do So-do!
[Maria: (spoken)] Now children, do-re-mi-fa-so and so on are only the tools we use to build a song. Once you have these notes in your heads, you can sing a million different tunes by mixing them up. Like this.
So Do La Fa Mi Do Re [spoken] Can you do that? [Children:] So Do La Fa Mi Do Re [Maria:] So Do La Ti Do Re Do [Children:] So Do La Ti Do Re Do [Maria:] [spoken] Now, put it all together.
[Maria and Children:] So Do La Fa Mi Do Re, So Do La Ti Do Re Do [Maria:] [spoken] Good! [Brigitta:] [spoken] But it doesn't mean anything. [Maria:] [spoken] So we put in words. One word for every note. Like this.
When you know the notes to sing You can sing most anything [spoken] Together!
[Maria and Children:] When you know the notes to sing You can sing most anything
Doe, a deer, a female deer Ray, a drop of golden sun Me, a name I call myself Far, a long, long way to run Sew, a needle pulling thread La, a note to follow Sew Tea, a drink with jam and bread That will bring us back to Do
Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do Do Ti La So Fa Mi Re
[Children:] Do Mi Mi Mi So So Re Fa Fa La Ti Ti [Repeat above verse 4x as Maria sings]
[Maria:] When you know the notes to sing You can sing most anything
[Maria and Children:] Doe, a deer, a female deer Ray, a drop of golden sun Me, a name I call myself Far, a long, long way to run Sew, a needle pulling thread La, a note to follow Sew Tea, a drink with jam and bread That will bring us back to
[Maria:] [Children:]
Do . . . So Do Re . . . La Fa Mi . . . Mi Do Fa . . . Re So . . . So Do La . . . La Fa Ti . . . La So Fa Mi Re Ti Do - oh - oh Ti Do -- So Do

Miss Murder by an awesome band called AFI (A Fire Inside)
Hey, Miss Murder can I Hey, Miss Murder can i Make beauty stay if I Take my life?
With just a look they shook, And heavens bowed before him. Simply a look can break your heart.
The stars that pierced the sky He left them all behind We're left to wonder why He left us all behind
Hey, Miss Murder can I Hey, Miss Murder can i Make beauty stay if I Take my life?
Dreams of his crash won't pass Or how they all adored him Beauty will last when spiraled down
The stars that mistify He left them all behind And now his children cry He left us all behind
Hey, Miss Murder can I Hey, Miss Murder can i Make beauty stay if I Take my life?
What's the rift that twists within this furthest mystery? I would gladly bet my life upon it At the cost of love your ray of light will fizzle out Without hope When the empty sand just flowing through our empty skin And we're searching for what we were promised Reaching for the cold and rain we never let go They won't ever let us blow our filthy hands apart
Hey, Miss Murder can I Hey, Miss Murder can i Make beauty stay if I Take my life?
Hey, Miss Murder can I Hey, Miss Murder can i Make beauty stay if I Take my life?

For some reason, you're making me want to watch The Sound of Music again... I have the video of it...
I don't know what I'll post... um.. *thinking*.... *still thinking*OH
Sugar We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy
Am I more than you bargained for yet I've been dying to tell you anything you want to hear Cause that's just who I am this week Lie in the grass, next to the mausoleum I'm just a notch in your bedpost But you're just a line in a song (A notch in your bedpost, but you're just a line in a song)
Drop a heart, break a name We're always sleeping in, and sleeping for the wrong team
We're going down, down in an earlier round And Sugar, we're going down swinging I'll be your number one with a bullet A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it [x2]
Is this more than you bargained for yet Oh don't mind me I'm watching you two from the closet Wishing to be the friction in your jeans Isn't it messed up how I'm just dying to be him I'm just a notch in your bedpost But you're just a line in a song (Notch in your bedpost, but you're just a line in a song)
Drop a heart, break a name We're always sleeping in, and sleeping for the wrong team
We're going down, down in an earlier round And Sugar, we're going down swinging I'll be your number one with a bullet A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it [x2]
Down, down in an earlier round And Sugar, we're going down swinging I'll be your number one with a bullet A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it
We're going down, down in an earlier round (Take aim at myself) And Sugar, we're going down swinging (Take back what you said) I'll be your number one with a bullet (Take aim at myself) A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it
We're going down, down (down, down) Down, down (down, down) We're going down, down (down, down) A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it
We're going down, down in an earlier round (Take aim at myself) And Sugar, we're going down swinging (Take back what you said) I'll be your number one with a bullet (Take aim at myself) A loaded God complex, thingy it and pull it

More of the same...
Climb ev'ry mountain Search high and low Follow ev'ry by-way Every path you know
Climb ev'ry mountain Ford ev'ry stream Follow ev'ry rainbow 'Till you find your dream
A dream that will need All the love you can give Everyday of your life For as long as you live
Climb ev'ry mountain Ford ev'ry stream Follow ev'ry rainbow 'Till you find your dream
A dream that will need All the love you can give Everyday of your life For as long as you live
Climb ev'ry mountain Ford ev'ry stream Follow ev'ry rainbow 'Till you find your dream

this is Dance Dance by Fall Out Boy
She says she's no good with words but I’m worse Barely stuttered out A joke of a romantic or stuck to my tongue And weighed down with words too overdramatic Tonight it's "it cant get much worse" Vs. "no one should ever feel this way" I’m two quarters and a heart down And I don’t want to forget how your voice sounds These words are all I have so I write them I need them just to get by We will own the thoughts We'll own the songs stuck in your head We'll leave you kicking and screaming so you can thank us in the end
Dance, Dance We're falling apart to half time Dance, Dance And these are the lives you love to lead Dance this is the way they know If they knew how misery loved me
(I only want sympathy in the form of you crawling into bed with me)
You always fold just before you bow out Drink up its last call Last resort But only the first mistake
I’m two quarters and a heart down And I don’t want to forget how your voice sounds These words are all i have so I write them I need them just to get by
Why don't you show me a little bit of spunk You can save it for his mattress
Dance, Dance We're falling apart to half time Dance, Dance And these are the lives you love to lead Dance this is the way they know If they knew how misery loved me
Why don't you show me a little bit of spunk You can save it for his mattress I only want sympathy in the form of you crawling into bed with me
Dance, Dance Dance, Dance Dance, Dance Dance, Dance

A song by a band called 30 Seconds to Mars. The song is called The Kill
What if I wanted to break Laugh it all off in your face What would you do? What if I fell to the floor? Couldn't take this anymore What would you do, do, do?
Come break me down Bury me, bury me I am finished with you
What if I wanted to fight Beg for the rest of my life What would you do? (do, do) You say you wanted more What are you waiting for? I'm not running from you
Come break me down Bury me, bury me I am finished with you Look in my eyes You're killing me, killing me All I wanted was you
I tried to be someone else But nothing seemed to change I know now, this is who I really am inside Finally found myself Fighting for a chance I know now, this is who I really am
Come break me down Bury me, bury me I am finished with you, you, you Look in my eyes You're killing me, killing me All I wanted was you
Come break me down Break me down Break me down
What if I wanted to break?

Honestly by Cartel. I love this song!
Please don't mind what I'm trying to say 'cause I'm, I'm being honest When I tell you that you You're part of the reason I'm so set on the rest of my life Being a part of you You tell me what you think about being open, About being honest with yourself
'Cause things will never be the same.
So I guess I'll see you, I'll see you around I'm spinning while I'm falling down Now you know why I'm begging you to stay
Well don't waste time getting to the point, 'cause I'm, I'm patiently waiting For your next phone call, your next excuse for losing sleep again Tell me what you think about being open, About being honest with yourself
'Cause things will never be the same
So I guess I'll see you, I'll see you around I'm spinning while I'm falling down Now you know why I'm begging you to stay
'Cause I can't stop it now It's so amazing how I know I cant, I could never walk away
How can we resolve this now We let it go, and wonder how This can never be the same Can never be the same
So I guess I'll see you, I'll see you around I'm spinning while I'm falling down Now you know why I'm begging you, I'm begging!
'Cause I can't stop it now, It's so amazing how, I know I cant, I could never walk away.
Please don't mind what I'm trying to say, 'cause I'm, I'm being honest.

I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At The Disco (i LOVE this song a lot!!!)
Oh, well imagine; as I'm pacing the pews in a church corridor, and I can't help but to hear, no I can't help but to hear an exchanging of words. "What a beautiful wedding!, What a beautiful wedding!" says a bridesmaid to the waiter. "Ah yes, but what a shame, what a shame, the poor groom's bride is a whore."
I'd chime in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *BAd word* door?!" No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality. I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *BAd Word* door?!" No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of hope.
Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved Well this calls for, a toast so, pour the champagne Oh! Well in fact, well I'll look at it this way, I mean technically our marriage is saved Well this calls for a toast, so pour the champagne, pour the champagne.
I'd chime in with a "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *BAd Word* door?!" No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality. I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *Bad Word* door?!" No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
Again..
I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *Bad Word* door?!" No. It's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality. I'd chime in "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the *Bad word* door?!" No, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.
Again..
