It's a great song! I decided to somehow figure out how to make Luke repellent...or I'll just hide behind something and shoot him with my airsoft gun over and over until he leaves.

I guess to follow up with Adam's post, I'll just post something. It has been a long time. Reading through these old posts is pretty cringe-worthy, but it also fills me with a bittersweet nostalgia. I hope no matter what happens, we can always remember our time at Arsidimus as a sort of unique-to-us rite of passage. Sort of like our own personalized Narnia. I've changed quite a bit over the years, and I hope for the better. In reading through the old posts in this journal, I find glimpses of my old self as well as reflections of who I am today.
So now for a little life update: I graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2014 with a degree in journalism and a degree in Spanish. I live with my parents in Corydon. Which is not my ideal living situation but I've been dealing with a lot of health-related issues that have slowed down a lot of my plans. I have a nephew I adore and my older sister is pregnant with my niece. I'm excited to buy her frilly things~ I write content for websites at a small business based in Jeffersonville, and I'm a freelance writer and photographer for a local magazine.
I still love anime and rock music and cats. I still write a lot of fiction. I still love musicals and rainstorms and sappy poetry. (Maybe I haven't changed all that much) There are still many things I hope to accomplish, places I want to see, people I want to meet. I am optimistic about the future and curious about the way things work. There are so many things I still don't understand. In fact, I think the more I learn, the less I understand. My current life goal is to take in as much as I can and enjoy what I have while I have it -- as I continue to work my way toward even brighter opportunities.
I hope everyone is doing well, and that we all end up exactly where we dreamed we'd be.
